BizAV and QuAero welcome Hyperion for the 4th year of training. This year, the format was changed to an integrated format whereby the instructors and students, covering different topics, participate is a full day of Integrated CRM and Safety training (ICRMS).
The first day of training was held on the 22nd March and proved very popular and instructive. Further days of Initial, Recurrent and Operator Conversion are planned in the coming months.
14th March marked an important milestone in QuAero’s calendar – The first CRM Trainer renewal seminar was held at BizAv offices in Lija Malta. During the course of the day, topics of interest such as recent EASA amendments, Startle and Surprise, Resilience, CRM Assessment and Behavioural markers were discussed. QuAero is at the moment engaged in creating and delivering the Multi-Crew Cooperation Course in collaboration with Malta School of Flying. Made and Delivered by experienced narrow-body commercial pilots, this course promises to be a winner, both for the school and for the students.
