If you want to work with Scheduled and Business Aviation Operators as a Flight Operations Officer (aka Flight Dispatcher) or Ground Operations staff (or already do) this training programme is for you.
The Alpha One Flight Operations Officer (Flight Dispatcher) qualification certificate is accredited by the Malta EASA Civil Aviation Authority, Transport Malta – Civil Aviation Directorate (TM-CAD).
The training is based on the ICAO and EASA standard and in accordance with the Flight Operations Officer / Flight Dispatcher proficiency requirements, methods and guidelines as per ICAO doc 7192 part d-3 and EASA GM1.ORO,GEN.110 (c).
The training is highly specialised and delivered by a dedicated and proficient team of specialist trainers, all with several years of hands-on experience in their area of expertise. Offered both as a part-time and a full-time, the programme totals 240 hours of training (You can also apply for individual subjects on a modular basis).
Several Alpha One graduates have managed to land good jobs with their operators of choice. Others have been offered interesting and challenging positions within the same or other aviation organisations following graduation.

Alan Muscat (second left) is the Company Director. After a successful career with the Maltese flag carrier as a Captain, he is responsible for QuAero Research and Innovation. Joseph, Karl, and Mark all occupy important roles in the organization. Joseph Markham (first left) is the goto person in charge of Safety Management and Crew Resource Management. Karl Falzon (second right) as Head of Company Operations, oversees the day-to-day running of QuAero. Mark Soler (right) takes care of company finances. Notwithstanding the assigned roles, everyone is flexible and takes on different responsibilities in the projects which QuAero is involved in.

A webinar held to discuss ongoing research in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within the context of aviation.
QuAero participates in a public dissemination event showcasing the results of the project. QuAero, as part of the SmartFDM consortium, participated at a public event to showcase the preliminary results of the SmartFDM project. The project was led by Dr Robert Camilleri from the Institute of Aerospace Technologies in collaboration of Dr Gianluca Valentino from the Dept. of Communications and Computer Engineering and QuAero Ltd as subject matter experts.
